3. Of course you should have another serving of chocolate cake.  No one deserves it more than you.  In fact, have four more servings if you'd like.  And here's a Dr. Pepper to wash it down.
4.When you wear no makeup it really reminds me how much I love your personality.
5. Honey, that outfit looks even better today than it did yesterday!
6. Your furry legs make me feel so warm and snuggly!
7. I love when you wear your glasses and teeth whitening retainers at night, it really brings out your eyes.
8. You're tired tonight?  Let me rub your feet in a non-sexual way and then you go straight to bed.
9. I'd love to go pick up some tampons for you.  Would you like me to grab anything else?  Like a treat?  Or my dignity?
10. Of course I don't mind that you put a little ding in the car.  The fact that it's from you will be a reminder of how lucky I am to have you.

Prayer in marriage

Some really good advice about prayer in your marriage, from Elder M. Russell Ballard:

Remember, also, there is great power in prayer. I strongly encourage personal and family prayer—which are important in building strong families—but I want to emphasize something else as well. I’m wondering if many of you parents—you couples—have lost that essential moment of kneeling together at the end of the day, just the two of you, holding hands and saying your prayers. If that has slipped away from your daily routine, may I suggest you put it back—beginning tonight!

This is a great time to thank the Lord for your companion and for your children and for one more day together. My wife and I have had that practice for more than 50 years now. When it is her night to pray, she offers a simple, wonderful prayer of gratitude; and when it is mine, I hope it is the same. I want to bear witness to you that it makes a difference. I do not believe Lucifer can penetrate a marriage, or cause discord and misunderstanding within a marriage and the family, when parents take time to pray together. Don’t try to work through the daily challenges of life without kneeling together and calling down the blessings of heaven into your marriage and your family, letting Heavenly Father help you get from where you are to where you would like to be.
