So I was reading in Alma tonight (that's in the Book of Mormon, for those of you out there who aren't familiar with us crazy Mormon folk). Anyway, I was reading the chapter that talks about resurrection, and came across the verse that says,
"The soul shall be restored to the body, and the body to the soul; yea, and every limb and joint shall be restored to its body; yea, even a hair of the head shall not be lost..." -Alma chapter 40, verse 23
And I got to thinking...
What if I'm okay with certain things being lost? I mean, I would be okay if certain hair was NOT restored. Leg hair, for example. Pretty sure I would be just fine in eternity without that.

It did only say limbs and "hair of the head"...it didn't mention leg hair.
I love Deep Thoughts by Nikki.
LOL...Nikki you crack me up, I was all expecting something spiritual, and then I get to read about leg hair. You are such a funny girl. I love ya. :-0 Heather Virgin Miller
i too was all geared up for a deep spiritual thought...and then comes leg hair. haha.
leg hair....armpit hair....all things I too could live without...what about upper lip hair?! haha you crack me up!
i'm gonna go with waxing NOT being a celestial experience and take that scripture to literally mean we'll only have hair on our heads. :) too funny.
When you go private will you please add me?
You know what else I've wondered? Will your teeth be 'restored' to their snaggly ways? Or will my eyebrows be bushy again? What about that mole I had removed?
... they belong with the leg hair in outer darkness.
