Meet the beautiful Knapp sisters. My husband's cousins. The youngest daughter, 19 year old Carol Joy, passed away this week. Her death was completely unexpected. Carol Joy was diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor when she was 9 years old, and has had difficulty walking and speaking since the surgery to remove the tumor. I have known the Knapp family for a little over a year now. And on more than one occasion my interactions with Carol Joy have left me teary eyed and overcome with the spirit. She touched my life and probably wasn't even aware of the impact she had on me. I am so saddened for the Knapp family's loss, and thankful for their knowledge (as well as mine) that they will be reunited with their sweet sister again.Click HERE to read my sister-in-law's tribute to Carol Joy, and for an opportunity to donate to the funeral services.

That is so sad! But, at least she is at peace now.
