First of all I need to publicly announce my BIG, FAT APOLOGY to those of you who have emailed me in the last six months or so. I haven't even checked my Have Joy email since January-ish! A reader commented recently that she was sending me an email, so I decided I'd better go check it out. Turns out there are quite a few emails from readers that I just never responded to because I wasn't checking in regularly.
I AM SO SO SORRY.
Most of these emails talk about heartbreak and divorce and are from people seeking support. And most of the authors probably don't read this dumb blog anymore because I never responded to their emails!! haha. Sad. With the whole wedding, honeymoon, graduating from grad school, mom in the hospital with cancer situation I've had going on, I think most of you will understand why I've been slacking. But I'm feeling some guilt about leaving you guys hanging for so long. I am terribly sorry. Be on the lookout for an email from me in the next few days (like, after Sunday).
And the reason I won't be responding to any emails until next week is because...

Some of you have mentioned to me that you saw my sweet Boy Wonder (well, his coolness burger joint) featured HERE on this really fun, happy, lots of people read it blog. Yay again.
Yes, I am now Mrs. Sammy's. Yes, I do officially have a burger named after me. It's the Oh Nikki You're So Fine Chicken goodness. mmmmm... I'll be eating lots of them this weekend.
I'd tell you all about how cool the opening will be, but this video can do it better. Watch it. Get excited. Tell your friends.

That's awesome!! Too bad I'll be in ID next weekend not this weekend. I would have loved to see you and try the famous sammy's. I guess I'm going to have to go to Provo and give it a try, can you believe I've still never been. Crazy! I always hear people talking about it. Hope you're doing well!! Loves!

I didn't know Wonder Boy was famous! His food looks so good and my pregnant belly really wants some! I want a Nikki burger and a blueberry pie shake with fries! Oh my mouth is seriously watering!
